Lunch time session, launching early after the high tide. Bit of a shorebreak, but ok. Was sailing ok, but waves werent linking together as well as expected given the obvious swell and lots of wind. You could sort of get a downwind truna nd a hit of a peaky lump. Still good fun and some chunky waves out there. All was going well until I rode straight up the foam of a big broken one after a decent bottom turn. It just rolled me back and snapped my mast o nthe sea bed!! Quick swim in.
